RENTAL TERMS:

Rental Payment Terms – Half of the rental rate plus the reservation fee are due at lease signing. The second half of the rental rate plus the cleaning fee and security deposit are due June 1. Both payments are subject to RI State 8% tax (security deposits are non-taxable). See pricing at top of listing.

Linens and Towels – tenant must provide bed linens and towels (blankets and pillows provided)

Trash Disposal – tenants responsible for disposal and are requested to separate trash and recyclables.

Pet Policy – No pets allowed
